Business Development Manager

Job description

  • The Business Development Manager will in an empathic consulting mode advise prospective and current clients in advanced customer analytics related areas (a.o. churn modelling, customer value management, segmentation, data mining and artificial intelligence,..).
  • You inspire our clients on the added value of customer analytics services brought by the 4C Consulting team
  • You identify the needs of our clients in alignment with the expertise and track record of our teams
  • You turn clients into true ambassadors of our brand and service offering
  • You guide our clients through their buying journey and turn their challenge into new business for the team
  • You are leading in the value selling, are instrumental in price setting, negotiations and closure of the deal
  • You will report to the commercial director, managed on a defined objective and work in a flat and customer focused organization together with a multidisciplinary team, being supported by account managers, pre-sales and delivery experts to finetune the effort estimates and tailored solutions
  • You draft and defend a gotomarket plan, and can count on the support of the marketing teams for content sessions and events to identify and nurture potential clients

Requirements

  • You understand the complex challenges of our customers and you are able to come up with ‘understandable’ solutions in the area of statistical data analytics, artificial intelligence and data-driven decision making
  • You have ideally a couple of years of experience in a similar role
  • You are commercially driven and you have an interest in B2B commercial mechanisms and solution selling in a service environment
  • You have a strong affinity with marketing, sales and service
  • You talk the language of our clients: French, Dutch and English
  • You are result driven, persuasive, energetic and you have a positive can-do attitude
  • You take initiative and you are committed to the success of your team and company
  • You have an empathic personality and you ask the right questions
  • You are stress resistant and capable to handle multiple dossiers in a same timeframe
  • You have outstanding communication skills and you have a strong sense of quality and customer focus
