Digital Marketing Project Manager

Job description

  • As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will lead projects in the field of digital marketing automation and related focus areas (lead management and nurturing, demand generation, campaign management, digital metrics and dashboarding, etc)
  • You guide our clients through all phases of the project: from design, analysis, implementation, integration to adoption, and you keep them in the loop about every accomplishment and risk
  • You will deliver to the expected results on time, on budget and within scope
  • You lead the project and the people involved in the right direction, you bring structure and you help you team members where needed
  • You act as the interface between business and ICT and you adapt your messages to all different parties involved
  • You coach and guide your team members to guarantee the success of the project

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or data-driven crm environment
  • You have proven project management experience (ideally with some agile techniques) in the context of the implementation of a leading digital marketing platform
  • You are strongly acquainted with one or more marketing automation tools
  • You have experience with data integration and other data challenges in the context of digital marketing projects
  • You have ideally some experience with one or more CRM systems and integration within a complex IT and business landscape
  • You have a strong can-do approach, not afraid to dig into project details and you keep a global view and on the project and the business benefits
